Quality Legal Support - 1/2 the Market Rates
How It Works:
-
My standard fee is an average of half of what other attorneys charge for DUI representation.
-
There are 2 processes that need to be handled; a DMV process and a court process. I will handle both on your behalf.
-
The DMV process requires you to file for an appeal with DMV within 10 days of the incident. If you are contacting me after the 10 day period, I am still usually able to file as long as too much time has not passed.
How I Save You $:
-
Although I have 25 years of experience handling DUI's, my fees are an average of half of what most attorneys charge. Why? My office has a very low overhead, I enjoy serving middle-income earners with affordable fees, and for the great majority of cases - I offer a cost-effective approach which avoids having to pay me to “monkey around” unnecessarily with the court system or the DMV system.
COURT SYSTEM
-
After I review the paperwork involved with the incident, we will have a conversation and decide to take one of two approaches:
-
MOST COMMON APPROACH: If I can negotiate a good and fair resolution offer from the District Attorneys Office, we will accept that offer and I will handle the steps to conclude the case. This would be fully covered by my standard fee of $1350.00. This is how the majority of my cases are resolved.
-
SECONDARY APPROACH (if necessary): In the event that the District Attorney's case is weak, or we receive an unacceptable resolution offer after my best negotiation attempts, you and I would jointly decide to take a more aggressive approach, (i.e. Use processes available within the court system to leverage a better deal). This requires additional work and would result in a higher fee.
DMV SYSTEM
There are many intricacies within this system which I navigate to ensure your license is protected.
