Fee Schedule:
$2,000 without minor children
$2,500 with minor children
(+ $250/hour mediation time)
I draft and file all paperwork needed to complete the divorce, including basic marriage settlement agreement.
*The CA family law system has rules that address almost all property division issues. Therefore, when working with an honest mediator who knows the rules, the mediation process can go quickly.
